Kgosi Starbrook is an air paladin from Syra. He is the son of Tau Starbrook, and tries his best to follow in his father's footsteps, with limited success. He is air element, and therefore has the ability to control and create the winds and lightning.

His name means "king" because it helps to make it clear that people expect too much of him constantly.

History

Kgosi was born and raised in Syra, and was brought up by his father only. There is no information about who his mother was or what happened to her so far, and it is most likely that she is dead or not in Syra. Then, one night, Tau fought with the demon Spedri and was killed. Kgosi killed Spedri in revenge and became the next in line to become paladin because of this. He was raised by Daewin, and started learning under Tendai, which was how he met Sekai. He claimed to have once dyed his hair black for unknown reasons, but it is unclear if this is true because it was in a filler. Nothing else is known about his history yet.

Personality

Kgosi takes his position more seriously than most other people, and has a lot of hatred inside of him. He hates demons of all kinds and enjoys destroying them greatly. It has been observed by Tendai that he's less afraid of killing demons than he is of negotiating with them, Nonetheless, he does seem to care about people, and tries his best to do the right thing.

Relations

Kgosi is friends with Sekai, even though he has some arguments with her. He also treats Tendai with respect and seems relatively friendly to him, He seems to think of Daewin as a sort of father figure, and seems to be fond of him. He is clearly hostile to Kyvich Prassun. It seems that Kyvich thinks him spoiled and smothered, and as such acts unpleasant around him.

Abilities

As a paladin, Kgosi can control wind, although he has not been seen doing this. All his other abilities have yet to be demonstrated.

Design

Originally, Kgosi was going to have white hair and be calmer, but this plan was quickly abandoned. His build was changed from cold and hostile to angry and less friendly. Supposedly, a lot of his character was already set in stone.in his initial design, although his history was a new addition.
